  • Information collected upon submission of an application for employment: When you submit an application for a position at Citadel published on The Website, all information contained in the application request will be collected by Citadel and retained in its databases. This information comprises your contact details (full name, email address, and phone number), along with any additional pertinent information you elect to include in your resume, which will be appended to the Application Request and may encompass date of birth, gender, employment history, occupation and position, education, and similar data. 
 Furthermore, during the screening and recruitment process, Citadel may collect additional information, including, but not limited to, evaluations and assessments, relevant medical information, family status, information from previous employers and/or referees you choose to provide, and similar data.

    Citadel shall use such information to assess your suitability for the position to which you have applied, to contact you, to provide updates, and to manage the recruitment process. Furthermore, subject to the Legal Provisions, Citadel shall be entitled to retain and use the information even after the conclusion of the recruitment process for the purpose of evaluating suitability for future positions and establishing contact in this regard, as well as for preserving documentation of the recruitment process should you contact Citadel in the future. Should you be accepted for a position at Citadel, any information collected about you during the recruitment process shall be governed by Citadel’s internal policy concerning the processing of personal information of its workforce.
